We are so grateful for your patronage and to have traveled together on your musical journey. Please complete the form to receive an email with all closing details. Note that a separate form must be filled out for each student wishing to withdraw.
In order to avoid being charged for the following month, all withdrawal forms must be received by the 15th of the current month. Our full Membership Cancellation Policy can be found below.

Discussing with your teacher or our administration team the reason you wish to withdraw.
Finding alternate meeting times if scheduling is an issue.
Checking your expectations. Learning an instrument is hard, and sometimes it takes time to see results! Be patient with yourself as you continue trying new things.
Being brief with your break! The longer you go between lessons, the less you remember what you have learned. You have made a great investment of time and money so far, and we don’t want you to face backslide in the future.
Membership Cancellation policy
At Snake River Strings Co. we strive to make things as flexible as possible for our students and their families. In order to withdraw from lessons please call our office to request a Withdrawal Form.
Withdrawal forms must be received by the 15th of the month to take effect at the end of that month.
EX: Cancellation form received on the 16th of May is billed for June and takes effect at the end of June.
Once your subscription is withdrawn, no refunds will be given for the current month. The student can choose to attend or forgo those lessons.
Snake River Strings Co. acknowledges special circumstances including injuries and other extenuating situations and will work with the client to find the best solution.
Snake River Strings Co. will also allow students to transfer to another teacher or even change instruments within Snake River Strings Co. without penalty. In either instance, approval for such a transfer is required by our office.
Snake River Strings Co. does not refund tuition.
Snake River Strings Co. reserves the right to terminate enrollment in lessons, in which case you will be refunded the remainder of the subscription for that month.
Any unused credits will be valid for 30 days after withdrawal goes into effect.
Because students are constantly signing up to attend Snake River Strings Co, even temporary withdrawals will result in the forfeit of current lesson time, guarantee of lesson resumption with instructor, and SRSC godfathered pricing.
