EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:
Reliable transportation to and from work
Interpersonal Skills - Must be able to connect with people of all ages and skill levels
No music experience required!
Previous experience leading a team is a plus
Experience with marketing is a plus
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) including active listening.
Ability to work with urgency while balancing multiple tasks
Patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong collaboration, organizational, and prioritization skills
Adaptability to flex to changing priorities and expectations
The ability to work a flexible, part-time schedule
Be able to work with little to no supervision
Responsibilities:
Model and champion the mission, vision, and values of Snake River Strings Co.
Advocating for Snake River Strings Co., our mentors and team.
Be a face of the company to welcome customers and help students feel welcome
Sales
Assist with inventory
New student onboarding
Promptly and professionally manage and respond to all customer inquiries and communication that are received via in-store visits, emails, or phone.
Respond to emails and website inquiries
Answer phone calls and respond to texts
Manage social media
Communicate studio events (group classes, recitals, and performances) with customers
Billing: Organize and log student payments
Ability to run reports, analyze results, and set daily/monthly goals for the studio; react/adjust as needed
Ensure all policies and procedures are implemented
Plan, delegate, and follow up on expected task assignment, and activities to ensure expectations and objectives are met.
